Due to the nature of our services, we follow the policy below:
1.Online Programs - All online coaching programs, digital plans, videos, and downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
2. In-Person Coaching - Payments made for in-person sessions are non-refundable. If a session needs to be rescheduled, requests must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance.
3. Missed Sessions - Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered completed and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
4. Program Cancellation - If you choose to discontinue a program after it has started, no partial refunds will be issued.
5. Exceptional Circumstances - In rare cases (such as medical emergencies), refund or credit requests may be reviewed at our discretion with valid documentation.
6. Payment Disputes - Any payment-related concerns must be raised directly with us before initiating a chargeback.
